Ms Elizabeth Moses-Mullard is the Founding Director of AlphaZULU Advocates, the Convener of the SDG Nugget Hour Series which has a growing community reaching 62 countries and the UK Public-Parliamentary Forum on SDGs. She also organises civil society side events for multilateral events.

A Development Expert with over 20 years of local to global experience, her passion for transformative global change fuels her active and selfless support of local groups and organisations in the UK and international to align their work with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Framework. She has conceptualised, initiated and worked on various human rights, development and governance related projects, across sectors including Education, Environmental, Energy, Health, Agriculture, Maritime and Finance, as well as on cross-cutting issues such as Gender, Race and Disability, helping to shape policies and strategies as well as mobilising non-State multistakeholder actors and fostering development partnerships

Ms Elizabeth served 10 years on the Independent Education Appeals Panel of the London Borough of Hillingdon (one of London's largest and most diverse boroughs). She is a Member of the Women's Voices Involvement Panel of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists; Steering Committee Member of the UK-African Diaspora Women Network; Board Member of the Guinean Observatory on Mines and Metals; Organisation’s Focal Point to OECD's Multistakeholder Partnership on Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development; Voting Member of the WBG/IMF Civil Society Policy Forum; Observer of Sessions of Human Rights Council and the Commission on the Rights of the Child; 2018 Data-Pop Alliance's West Africa Fellow on Leveraging Big Data for Sustainable Development; and 2019 Nominee of the Inclusive Boards for Entrepreneur Category of the Black British Business Awards.

She is also an International Consultant and has provided technical expertise to the UNDP to support the effort of the Government of Kenya on stakeholder consultations with State and non-State stakeholders of the 180 Member State International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines to combat wildlife trafficking, and to UNPRPD Multi-Partner Trust Fund for compliance review of EOIs from UN Country Teams (UNCTs) in 110 countries on its fourth funding programme of over USD10M for advancing the implemention of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).

An alumnus from the pioneer class of UN System Staff College's "Foundational Course on Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development", Ms Elizabeth received a Bachelors with honours in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University and Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, both in Nigeria.

As a recognised Global Advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals, she has engaged Statesmen, Heads of Multilateral Institutions and Heads of Missions bothering the SDGs. She has also given public speeches related to the SDGs including:
