About Education Appeals
Through our Child Appeals Service, we offer information sessions and a range of paralegal and advocacy
support services to parents/guardians preparing to meet an Independent Education Appeals Panel or
Tribunal to appeal the local authority’s decision regarding their child/ward’s school placement. Practice
led by Education Appeals Expert with up to 15 years of experience partly as a serving member of an
Education Appeals Panel in West London and as an independent provider of direct client-support.
Experience cuts across infant class admissions, primary admissions, secondary admissions and post-16
admissions for children in mainstream andspecial education settings, as well as post-19 further education
admissions for young persons with special educational needs, and particularly, but not exclusively, relating
to schools and colleges under the admission authority of local authorities.
